With this update, NEC can now offer a complete line-up covering high-end and standard 6mm pixel pitch indoor modules, as well as 10 (SMD), 15 (RGB) and 20mm (RGB) pixel pitch IP65 rated panels designed for outdoor use. The smaller modules are suitable for creating LED walls with indoor scenarios such as shopping malls, storefronts and large reception areas. These modules can also be built into larger LED walls best suited for stadiums, outdoor piazzas, billboards and other large size installations across a range of applications. Explosion at a Bartlett Grain Co. Flour Mill Repeat Experience for Company

On the evening of Oct. 29, 2003, a series of explosions severely burned two workers, injured a third and caused property damage to the Hayes Lemmerz manufacturing plant in Huntington, Ind. One of the severely burned men subsequently died. The Hayes Lemmerz plant manufactures cast aluminum automotive wheels, and the explosions were fueled by accumulated aluminum dust, a flammable byproduct of the wheel production process. “Repeat” and possibly even “willful” violations potentially are in store for Bartlett Milling Co., following an explosion at its Statesville, N.C. facility. Yamaha launches StageMix Version 4

StageMixV4 Mixer Window with Dynamics StageMix was initially launched in 2010, allowing wireless remote control of the M7CL digital console’s mixing parameters for the first time.  It was followed by StageMix for the LS9 in 2011, and the CL series in 2012. StageMix Version 4 offers numerous new features and refinements for CL, M7CL, and LS9 users, giving them more control and flexibility when working remotely from the console.
